Firki is Teach For India’s dedicated online teacher education platform, designed to equip educators with the knowledge and skills they need to excel. Through courses, webinars, learning paths, flagship programs, and curated resources, Firki offers diverse learning experiences in collaboration with partner organizations. Rooted in a deep respect for educators, Firki is committed to empowering and celebrating those who shape the future of our nation.
With over 300,000+ lifetime users and 200,000+ current users, Firki extends TFI's impact far beyond its direct programming, supporting educators who collectively reach millions of students.

TFIx: Reaching the last child
TFIx nurtures educational entrepreneurs to design and sustain high-impact teaching Fellowships in their regions. Through a structured 3-stage incubation program, TFIx equips social entrepreneurs with the skills, resources, and support needed to adapt the Fellowship model to suit their unique local contexts. This adaptability ensures the creation of sustainable educational initiatives across India's high-need, remote, and rural regions.
Over the past 7 years, TFIx has incubated 62 entrepreneurs, with 40 successfully running Fellowships that have engaged ~5,000 Fellows and impacted ~6.5 lakh Students across 18 states.

Kids Education Revolution: Building student partnership, voice, and leadership
KER is a global platform that spreads the idea of a ‘Reimagined Education’. KER is founded on the belief that the purpose of education cannot be limited to just academics, and all kids should unleash their full potential for a better world. KER programs operate on the premise that to reshape education for an uncertain and constantly evolving future, the most effective approach is to collaborate closely with children.
Over the past 10 years, KER has impacted 100,000 students and educators across 15 regions in India and 10+ countries directly and indirectly.
InnovatED: Nurturing social entrepreneurship for collective action
InnovatED is Teach For India's incubator to support its Alumni in their early stages as education entrepreneurs. Designed to help entrepreneurs who want to take their innovations from the prototype stage to a sustainable organization, InnovatED offers 1-on-1 coaching, bootcamps, toolkits, access to funding, and a peer network to entrepreneurs. InnovatED builds a movement of leaders and organisations who can together drive collective action.
Since 2017, InnovatED has incubated 57 social entrepreneurs, working towards equitable and excellent solutions in education.
Government Relations: Building partnerships at scale
Our Government Relations vertical is dedicated to enabling TFI talent to contribute to the education space meaningfully. The team works with multiple partner organizations and public institutions to accelerate transformative change for children, at scale. Through events, outreach, and partnerships, we participate in policy and decision-making in the wider sector, and build a critical pipeline of talent in Policy and Governance roles.
Since 2023, over 120 Fellows and Alumni have engaged in depth tracks that have accelerated their careers in the public sector, enabling large-scale impact on low-income communities.

Dr. Lata Sagar
A Firki Leader, is the visionary and passionate Director of Academics at Purushottam High School. Committed to fostering a culture of excellence, empathy, and innovation, she leads and mentors 65 teachers, impacting over 3000 students, inspiring purposeful and heartfelt leadership.
Sahithya Anumolu
An InnovatED Leader, and Co-founder of Inqui-Lab Foundation was awarded at South India's CSR Summit for her outstanding contributions to social impact and innovation, and her work with enabling young people to be changemakers and problem solvers.
Debanjan
A GR Leader in Kolkata, and a school inspector with the Kolkata Municipal Corporation, oversees 250 schools serving over 15,000 students. Debanjan has been instrumental in implementing child safety measures and has created safer schools, ensuring that students thrive in a nurturing learning space.
Sakshi Srivastava
A TFIx Leader, and Founder of Anubhuti, is on a mission to address the barriers that keep children out of school. Through her Bridge Fellowship in Haryana, Sakshi has mobilized 412 local youth leaders who work tirelessly to bring 177,387 children back to formal education.
Riya Chand
A KER leader, runs Community Libraries in 23 villages in Nanakmatta, Uttarakhand, to build a culture of reading in children from the region. With the help of 50 student leaders, she hosts reading circles, film screenings, and sharing circles, enabling children to learn through exploration and play.
Each of these programs are in service of our 2032 North Star of a movement of 50,000 leaders, working collectively and with love, to transform the lives of 1 in 10 children from low-income backgrounds in the regions we serve.
These leaders not only teach, lead, and serve — they build other leaders, creating a movement, driving an exponential cycle of impact.
