For the entirety of the 2-year Fellowship, Fellows will be supported by a Program Manager who will support and guide Fellows in becoming excellent teachers and leaders. Program Managers have one goal: to ensure that Fellows build skills and maintain energy to reach classroom and community/school project goals. Program Managers will be the main point of liaison between Fellows and Teach For India and will continuously visit classrooms and meet with Fellows to develop plans and troubleshoot challenges.
