In 2009, Teach For India has placed 43 Fellows in 19 English-medium private and municipal schools.

Support Staff

In both Mumbai and Pune, Fellows are supported by Teach For India Program Managers, Training Staff and City Directors. Each Program Manager ensures that the Fellows maintain the energy required to meet their goals as well as build the necessary skills to be effective teachers. The Teach For India team visits classrooms and meet with Fellows on a regular basis to provide critical feedback on their performance.

School Partnership

Teach For India partners with English medium primary schools with a fee structure of less than Rs.300 (Three hundred) per month. In case any school in Mumbai and Pune is interested in being a partner school please write in to:
