Program Manager - Pune/Mumbai
Program Managers will be responsible for inspiring, supporting and leading Teach For India Fellows to excellence in the classroom and community. As a Program Manager, you will manage 15-20 Fellows (young teachers), providing instructional guidance, conducting training workshops, and building relationships with school leadership. Only people with at least 2 years of primary / middle school classroom teaching experience (English medium schools) are eligible to apply.

Senior Manager (8+ years of experience)

Training: This role will lead training and on-going support in order to lead the Teach For India Fellows to success in their classrooms. We require people with 8+ years experience in curriculum development, training teachers / school leaders with excellent critical thinking, strategic planning and operational abilities. Candidates with the experience of being School Leader/Principal should apply.

Senior Manager HR (Mumbai)-  The Sr. Manager HR is responsible for creating and executing strategies to attract, retain, professionally develop and manage the best intellectual resources (non teaching staff) towards the successful running of the Fellowship program.

Manager (4+ years of experience)

Selection Manager (Mumbai)- The Manager Selection is responsible for ensuring that the best and brightest candidates from the applicant pool are selected for the Fellowship program.

Manager HR (Mumbai) - The Manager HR is responsible for attracting, retaining, professionally developing and managing the best intellectual resources (non teaching staff) towards the successful running of the Fellowship program.

Recruitment Manager (Mumbai)- The Manager Recruitment is responsible for developing and implementing the recruitment strategy by continuously assessing the recruitment landscape, pinpoint likely high-yield markets, and manage recruitment from those markets. 

Marketing Manager (Mumbai)- To build the Teach For India brand across key stakeholders.

Associate (2+ years of experience)

Associate HR - The Associate, HR will be responsible for execution of HR initiatives in the city. This position will also support the City Director in all HR processes / initiatives for the location.

City Support Associate (Pune) - The City Support Associate will be responsible for providing support to City Directors in managing smooth operations of the City with respect to all activities – school relations management, Fellow management, training, recruitment & selection, development etc.

Recruitment Associate (Mumbai) - To ensure a significant pool of quality applications from a particular city, which, will support the selection of the best intellectual talent for our Fellowship program.

Selection Associate (Mumbai) - The Associate, Selection will assist in building on our learnings from the past and integrate IT into our selection process as much as possible in order to create a more efficient and professional process.  The Selection Associate will be required to help the Selection team execute all stages of the selection process (application review, phone interviews and in-person interviews).

  2. Help with Assessment Center logistics in Mumbai, Pune, Delhi and Bangalore
  3. Help with school partnership management in Mumbai and Pune
